This is a very well orchestraded ploy by Preval for Manigat to win the popular vote, but if Aristide thinks he is going to get away with the same games of hatred that he played before, he is mistaken.

The U.S. is going to wait after the election since they want Manigat to win anyway and after that, dont be surprise when the D.E.A. steps in and take Aristide in custody, because there is still a warrant for his arrest, he was implicated since the trial of KETAN in florida, this is not going to turn out the way Preval or Aristide thinks!
