Madan Manigat and Aristide are hustlers trying to be foster parents to get their hands on that fat welfare check haiti's about to get. but you know with this crew the Haitian people will be neglected, malnourish, wearing second hand rags.

Those two are hustlers looking for international welfare check on behalf the Haitians.

Preval is our current drunk foster parent.

He likes that check that's why he try to get Mme manigat the job as the new foster parent so they can split that check! Aristide got no business applying to be a foster parent because he's a psycho!
