Haitian people must ask the incompetent Preval

Haitian people must ask Preval to publish the OAS report immediately, because the longer they wait, the more time Preval will have to make Deal with ugly baby doc, to plot to kill people again.

Duvalier look like zombie, he ass was in a lot of trouble in France, he broke, he come to steal the reconstruction money to pay for one bedroom appartment in France.
