What's the surprise?

Everyone knew from the beginning that the election was a bluff.

A better question would be "WHY DIDN'T THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY OVERSEES THE ELECTION PROCESS FROM THE BEGINNING?" They knew it was going to be a mess and they let it happened.

I am curious to know what they and the Preval administration will come up with?
