Thomas, I know you want to be respectful to Celestin by adressing him as "SIR".
But you don't need to do that. He is nobody, not someone that deserves to be respected.
He is ignorant, stupid, that he has no experience in public administration.
He was the director of Sanitation Department in Port-Au-Prince.
You can see for yourself on the streets of Port-Au-Prince what kind of job he did and what he intends to do in the entire country.
He pocketed all the money and left Haiti like a landfield.
Nobody voted for him. Preval and the CEP committed fraud in the election to have this IGNORANT, Jude Celestin, continue his politics
