You enumerated precisely my point: The SYSTEM has to change as to abolished legalized corruption.

Impunity has to be part of the legal system just as well.
I, too was born in Haiti, I truly was born in Port-au-Prince to be exact; and this is not a joke.
I left Haiti at 17 years of age.
I do understand pretty much my Country.

It is too damn bad that I feel so helpless about Haiti's social issues.
