President Preval Proclaims The Election A Success

There are many complaints that there was a lot of fraud in the Haiti elections yesterday however the Huffington post reports "President Preval heralded the elections as a success"

What do yo think?

So... In other words... President Preval is satisfied with the outcome of the elections.

AS LONG AS I DO NOT HAVE JUDE CELESTIN AS THE PRESIDENT, I WILL BE SATISFIED.
