Haiti's Parliament Building was attacked. Explosive Device or Gunfire?

The Haitian parliament building was attacked Monday by what some people say is an explosive device while others say it was gun shots... Regardless, The parliament building was attacked.

This happened early Monday morning, August 20, 2018, around 4:30am, A parliament security guard told journalists who went to the scene.

At first reports came in saying the Haitian Parliament was target of unidentified individuals and that was some kind of explosive device launched at the parliament, something that is comparable to a homemade grenade.

This apparent device exploded and busted some doors and windows in front of the Parliament building.

Something did explode in front of Haiti's Parliament building. What was it?

Later in the day another journalist reported that there no such explosive device, it was instead gun fire and the cracks in the glass door are bullet holes.

While police are investigating what really happened this morning at the Haitian parliament building, sources say the Haitian Parliament building is now under police surveillance.
