Including President Jovenel Moise, Haiti has had 75 presidents, kings and ruling government councils in the absence of a nominated or provisional Chief of State, and 46 foreign governors and military commanders in times when Haiti is under the control of a foreign power like during the U.S. occupation, MINUSTAH and other UN missions to Haiti.
