FLASH: Haiti - Guy Phillipe's name mentioned in Police Attack in Aux Cayes

Haiti - Guy Phillipe's name was mentioned in connection to the police Attack in Les Cayes... According to news report one of the assailants arrested by police said some of the other men involved in the attacked said they received orders from Guy Philippe.
