Charlito Baker Screams "Fraude Massive!"

Haitian presidential candidate Charles Henry Baker is screaming Fraude Massive about the election today. He is accusing INITE for all the irregularities.

Baker says that he is receiving calls that his supporters are unable to vote in many areas of Haiti and only INITE "Mandataires" are allowed inside the voting booths.
