Vigilante of public safety

I would love to see some GOOD Haitians taking the country problems under their care. I would love to see some Good Haitians to be vigilante, to follow the situations closely and to demand reform either by death or cooperation.

For instance:
1.-you got paid to vote, the secret organization with proof in hand will ask you either to resign, to return the bribe, or to lose your life.

2.-you are a vicious gang leader terrorizing the nation, the secret organization will infiltrate your gang to eliminate you.

This secret organization should operate secretly and will consider to be an organization of public safety.
