"Haiti will not Apologize to the Dominican Republic, Foreign Minister says"

In that case, a display of military and economic strength should be in order.

Haitians are lucky that the Dominican Republic is not longer governed by strongmen like Rafael L. Trujillo and Joaquin Balaguer.

Those two would not have hesitated to put the Haitians in their place.
