Haiti - President Martelly staff is incompetent

Where was the president's staff in charge of his security and protocol?

They should be fired because the stand and sound system were suppose to be checked out before the president's arrival.

The president's staff is incompetent not the sound engineer.

It was abuse of power what Martelly did.
