Everybody has to control them self specially when it com to make a decission, the paliament is a important branche of the government the justice department and the executif branche the parliament is to blams for what happend withe president, anybody can do somthing wrong anytime because we were human, the deputes suppose to take charges to go to the commissaire with arnel belizaire rather to said we will see if he ganna get arrested nobody is above the law in the country the law is the law you have to obey the law. Sorry for what happend and fix it next time.
