Say what you think about the returning of FADH by President Martelly

I think the revocation of the Army force in Haiti by Aristide in 1995 has been a mistake.The army needed to be restructured but not demobolized.

Aristide was just scared and loved power too much, that is why he did it and that decision violated the constitution.Now the question is: How the haitian government will fund the returning.Remember, I do not want MAKOUT but a professional army to protect peaceful citizen who want to work for the development of the country...I say peaceful citizen...
