The masters of deception usually use cover of religion, charity organization or other so called noble action to hide their short term and long term plans and deceive the people.

When they will have enough strategic properties, then they will start changing the laws by increment, restricting political rights of the Haitians, making exit immigration policy for Haitian in their own country under the barrel of force and terror.

People should learn from the Palestinian case. Read about the partition of Palestine by the British.

In 1915 while the marines were in the war battle ship en route to Haiti, it is said some of the military top brass that were aboard the ships looked at the constitution of Haiti.

They spotted that section on the Haitian constitution that stipulated that foreigners cannot hold properties in Haiti.

They exclaimed " We must change that as soon we landed there.

And, that was done!
Having our land at the hands of foreigners pose a sovereignty and national security for the Haitians because the imperialists respect only brute force we don't have. We don't have Intercontinental Missiles, we don't have Aircraft carriers, we don't have nuclear weapons, We don't have a two millions military force ready to die for the country sovereignty.

That is why they disarmed Khadafi first and he was stupid enough to fall for that deception before they they attacked him. The North Korean, the Iranian etc refuse to give up their weapons for good reason because they know what will come next.
Haiti must learn from the Palestinian case, The Cuban case that still have an embargo over 50 years because Castro rightfully expropriated the property of Cuban bourgeoisy and foreigners that exploited the cuban people.

Captain Basch affairs and the case of Emile Luders in which the German imposed ultimatum to Haiti and humiliated Haiti is case in point.

Any person that hold foreign passport in Haiti should not have property in Haiti.

This action will avoid any foreign military black mail to our country.

The laws of the jungles still prevail in the world.

The world is not regulated by civilized International laws as they lead us to believe but by economic interests and brute force.

The United Nations cannot protect the right of weak nations.

The UN is subservient to the big powers for its own existence and no institution like to commit suicide when they become irrelevant.
