I think this president will astonish you and the outsiders that we not only have a leader who will no longer perpetuate the old doctrine set forth by the U.S., France and Canada to keep Haiti a failed state, but one who will not be a beggar and will have ALL Haitians at heart.

This is where Aristide failed.

He was not a sell out, and not one bit a beggar, but he failed to have ALL Haitians at heart.

He only wanted to fight for the poor. And in doing so, he wasn't utilizing the proper tactics.
