The candidacy of Laurent Lamothe and two other candidates were rejected by the Department electoral litigation office (BCED)

Nehemie Joseph told the media that Article 183 of the electoral decree law, any decision reached at the BCED is subject to recourse at the BCEN... That gives Lamothe another chance to make it to the list of candidates for President.
