President Jovenel tweets his choice for Prime Minister, it's Jean-Henry Ceant

Président Jovenel Moïse @moisejovenel Tweets: "Suite aux consultations avec les Présidents des deux branches du Parlement, j'ai fait choix du citoyen @jeanhenryceant comme nouveau Premier ministre."

Following consultations with the Presidents of the two branches of Parliament, I chose citizen Jean-Henry Ceant as the new Prime Minister.
