Guyler C. Delva tweet he changed his mind about resigning as Minister of Communicaiton

After Guyler C. Delva tweeted he will resign as Minister of Communication, he sent another tweet to say he changed his mind because President Jovenel asked him to reconsider

"J'ai annoncé cet après-midi que je démissionnerais. Le Président Jovenel Moise m'a appelé pour me demander de revenir sur cette décision. Et je lui ai donné mon accord. Donc, ma lettre de démission n'a pas été soumise."
