Haiti - Le sénateur Rony Celestin dirige un nouveau bloc politique GSEP au Sénat

Un nouveau groupe politique, GSEP - Groupe de sénateurs pour l'équilibre politique, vient d'être créé au Sénat de la République d'Haïti vendredi sous la direction du sénateur du Centre Rony Celestin.

Ce nouveau groupe constitué pour la plupart d'anciens membres de la majorité présidentielle se donne une nouvelle mission, équilibrer les débats au Parlement.

Voici la liste des sénateurs haïtiens du Groupe de sénateurs pour l'équilibre politique (GSEP):

Jean Rigaud Bélizaire, vice-président
Garcia Delva, secrétaire
Francenet Denius, porte-parole
Wilfrid Gélin, membre
Nawoon Marcellus, membre
Pierre François Syldor, membre (actuellement vice-président du Sénat)
Jean Marie Ralph Féthière, membre
Denis Cadeau, membre
Onondieu Louis, membre

Le GESP et ses membres sénateurs veulent conjuguer leurs efforts pour insuffler une nouvelle vie au Sénat, un Sénat qui manque aujourd'hui de crédibilité aux yeux de beaucoup.

Leur première étape dans cette quête de crédibilité perdue sera de ne pas interférer dans les activités de l'exécutif et d'être toujours présent dans les sessions afin qu'ils puissent accomplir leur véritable rôle en tant que sénateurs qui incluent, entre autres 1) contrôler les actions du gouvernement et 2) voter de grandes lois pour l'amélioration du pays et de ses habitants.

Tous les membres du GESP ont accepté, ils ne proposeront ni ne choisiront qui fera partie du nouveau gouvernement qui sera bientôt créé par le président Jovenel Moise.
