C'est normal, s'il n'y avait pas les partis politiwues, ce serait la catastrophe ...Les partis poliiques, c'est la borlette ...c'est l'espoir ...C'est la perspective d'emplois, de jobs, de cheques, toutes sortes de chéques ...D'ailleurs, si la maxime latine dit :" Quot homines tot sententiae ", on devrait dans un pays démocratique avoir quelques milliers de partis politiques !Evidemment, plus pres de nous, il y a le Grand Père de Son Excellence dont la fameuse diatribe musicale des elections de 1946 est toujours de mise :" Gadé yo...Gadé you candidat ...gadé youn ...gadé you candidat ...tout candidat, c volê

Ah l'Histoire ...c'est toute une histoire d'une Histoire qui est pleine d'histores !...

I would assume that there are laws or edits in place concerning requirements to qualify as a political party.
