Why Haiti continues to be poorest country in the hemisphere

It's primary because of a bunch of so-called unqualified Law Makers in this tiny nation.

The vast majority of these corruptive pricks are in it for one reason and one reason only to exploit the masses by getting paid while doing nothing.

In my opinion, 95 percent of them should be incarcerated for abusing the people's trust.
