With respect to Some Haiti Senators complain Gouvenman Lakay Ou Miami was a waste of money, I agree with them, it is a waste of money for a country whose coffers are empty according to the president himself.

Let us put the name calling and the fanaticism aside and think clearly.

Administratively speaking it is money squandered for nothing and does not have anything to do with the Haitians abroad.

The setting spoke loudly: a lot of Haitians could use different medium to participate: radio, TV, internet, telephone which means the government team could be in Haiti.

It may be a good thing for the government propaganda machine, but this is not the way you manage a country or a company.

Mr. Lamothe as a businessman would not have invested $50,000 like that with no ROI. One more thing: there is no such thing as a Haitian Diaspora.

We have forty millions unorganized groups.
