Le plan de financement pour la securite nationale, c'est un projet soumis au president de la republique a l'epoque Mr. Rene Preval.

Mr Martelly president de la republique a fait succes avec ce projet en Haiti comme s'il etait l'auteur.

j'aime ce qu'il a fait mais il devait honorer les auteurs de cette idee. ce projet a ete soumis a president Preval, au ministre Haitien vivant a l'etranger sous la demande du president Preval, au parlement Haitien ect dans l'annee 2001. Fok Ayisyen aprann onore moun ki fe sa ki bon nan peyi prezidan mwen renmen saw fe ya men konnen byen se pa ouk te vini ak lide ya.
