Highlighting Haiti Says YES To Dual Citizenship BUT...

BIG BUT, People in haiti think they are more smart than the Haitian in the dispora but they are wrong the gov in Haiti forget the diapora can be a US senate, a congress, a gouvernor, vice president all of them except to be Us president, but that lots, why i have to care about that crap they just sign to play game with us. They can stay with it use it when they want to, but not on dispora, we make money we spend money right here but we can still help haiti as always but not for this crap. Thanks
