Relating to Haiti must immediatel start to cut trade at 50% with the Dominican Republic, I don't think Haiti be able to cut the trade not even 1% with Dominican Republic.

First level, it's not too easy for our little merchant to import products in the caribbean's country.

between the two, the border is easy for them to make back and forth to buy things overthere.

The problem is, not to cut trade with DR, we must promote our national's production to keep our money here, intead of to buy eggs, tomatoes,rise, banana etc from DR.
