Those so called army, militaire de l'etat haitien, tonton makout is showing exacly what we dont want to happen...An army cannot show themself and take position without our president consent...

Thats a sign of faillure right there...

We dont want minustah thats for sure but Building an army from the old regimen is a NO NO...

A real army is build by competition or selection process, Several Branches within the organization thats deal with several domain of studies, Doctors, Engeneers, IT, Bomb Squat Etc....

Military organization is hierarchical.

The use of formalized ranks in a hierarchical structure

Not having some fool running around with no education with a gun...
