Michel Martelly formation of a Gestapo force named Volunteers Rose de la Securite Natiopnale is a new Gestapo or death Squad he will use to kill his opponents, and uproot the burgeoning democracy in Haiti.

The Volunteers Rose de la Securite Natiopnale will be parading in various cities in Haiti starting April 20th 2012 if not enough protestation or nothing is being done to stop his macabre plan.

Martelly and Laurent Lamothe are negotiating with an American construction firm to built a political prison in Haiti not too far from Fort Dimanche.

The prison will have a maximum capacity of 3,000 peoples.
