Pertaining to Thierry Mayard Paul has secret presidential ambitions, Monel, do you have any common sense?

You see at every election except for Aristide election, the USA, France, Canada, manages to distribute big monies on the street to buy the people and make them vote for whoever puppet they have on their agenda.

Now Martelly is rocking their boat so violently they are looking for an emergency replacement and Thierry Mayard Paul seems to fit the profile for what they are looking for and since he is an insider, he could expedite Martelly demise.
