Following up on THE PARANOIAC PRESIDENT MICHEL MARTELY HAS A US PASSPORT, Bernadette you're right, any Haitian who were born in Haiti, even though he got any others countries passports he is still Haitian by nature.but, at the same time, if for any other reason he got a US passport with a citizenship's paper, or any others countries:listen to me, that person is citizen of this country by naturalization.,
Diaspora or not, I know Michel Martely is Haitian, but only one thing he can not be president to lead this country, according to the Haitian constitution, anyone who got another nationality even by naturalization can not participate at the Haitian government's affairs.

in this case martely under the violation of our constitution.

I don't think martely not the only one progressive people who could move Haiti forward, otherwise Bill Clinton shown too, he got the good intention to move Haiti forward.
