I think He was chosen because He will be effective with the thugs hard working with a strong character no nonsence will be accepted by Him, he will command respect and they will have to work and be productive under Him
That's why they do not want him
I hope President Martelly stand firm and keep the choice of the Prime minister for himself to decide someone he can trust and someone with no fear of imposing the change this country need.
