Highlighting Can President Martelly LEGALLY Dissolve The Haiti Parliament, If there is an article in the constitution that give him the right, I don't see why not, They are in the way of any progress for Haiti.

They will not vote for anybody who won't allow them to do what they want. Send them packing and do what ever is good for Haiti.

It is more than time for the country to breathe some fresh air.
