Martelly Wants CARICOM In French It is a good idea by the president and I think a lot of things need to be change in the Caricom right now on behaf of Haiti because for me haiti is not look like the are part of caricom, Haiti does'nt treat well like a caraibean country, they treated haiti differently now we have a president who will be able to retalking about haiti policy in the caricom, haiti never has a good representative in the caricom it always an photocopy there to represent haiti that right we need to retalk.
