Haiti: DANIEL ROUZIER REJETE PAR INITE, MARTELLY BLOQUE ET MENACE

A la Chambre des Deputes d'Haiti le goupe de Rene Preval INITE vient de rejeter le Premier Ministre designe par Michel Martelly avec 42 votes contre, 19 pour et trois abstensions.

L'INITE quelques heures avant la seance a refuse la validation des pouvoirs d'une quinzaine de deputes qui ont recu depuis quarante huit heures l'Arrete contenant les resultats de leurs elections.

Pour comprendre ce vote du 21 Juin 2011 il est important d'analyser les enjeux.

Depuis les elections des 28 Novembre 2010 et 20 Mars 2011 la lutte entre les forces de la corruption, de la cocaine, du kidnapping representee par l'INITE qui veulent la continuite et le changement prone par Michel Martelly a debute.

Preval, l'INITE et le cartel corrompu des affaires ont essaye a travers le Conseil Electoral Provisoire (CEP) de realiser un coup d'etat electoral pour voler deux tiers des postes deux chambres au parlement et la presidence.

A cause de la reaction des votants Haitiens ils ont fait marche arriere.

Malgre ces efforts pour defendre le principe des elections libres l'INITE grace aux manipulations des resultats des elections par Gaillot Dorsinvil a vole 37 postes de deputes et six postes de senateurs.

C'est avec ces vols que l'INITE va essayer de bloquer le changement au parlement et maintenir le statut quo de la corruption.

A la tete du mouvement des 42 deputes pour bloquer Daniel Rouzier a la chambre de deputes on retrouve le Depute de Desdunes Levaillant Louis Jeune qui n'a pas gagne les elections mais fut selectionne par Gaillot Dorsinvil, le President du CEP. Personne n'a oublie la violence de Levaillant et les manipulations des resultats par ce dernier a Desdunes, voir: facebook.com/note.php?saved&&... On retrouve aussi dans ce groupe les hauts responsables de l'INITE Rene Preval, Kely Bastien et les freres Joseph et Wenceclass Lambert associes a la corruption et au trafique de la cocaine selon les rapports de presse des Radios Kiskeya et Metropole.

Le vote du 21 Juin n'a rien avoir avec la constitution puisque le rapport de la Commission de la Chambre des Deputes chargee d'etudier le dossier a conclu: " L'examen des exigences pos
