I just want to add something Mr Miami Herald.

Haiti has no potential invader now, just because there's no (publicly known) ressources.

But Imagine we discover diamond in Fort-Liberte, uranium, iridium in Miragoane and or petroleum near Jacmel.

Do you think we will be able to defend these wealth with manchets?

The US take La Navase (Navasa) from u like we were invisible.

If we had one soldier there, they wouldn't be able to take it over under guano act.
