CEP is getting paid

I just found out from my sources in Haiti that Attorney Emmanuel Roy just landed in Haiti in a private plane, the same plane he sent for Martelly on February 25 to take Martelly to Tampa, Florida.

He is in Port-Au-Prince meeting with CEP members seeking to steal the election from Manigat.
