LOL I give them the benefit of a doubt.

I think once The Inite party was excluded from the presidential election, Preval washed his hands.

He's more concerned about staying in Haiti then anything else right now. With Baby Doc and Aristide now back home, he's more confident.

I mean give it to them, the CEP has done better then before on this second round.

It's up to the party leaders now and the people to remain calm and if they don't agree with the result, take it to court.

For the sake of it, maintain peace and stability in the country is the number one job of the next president.
