Mr. President, I read an article earlier written Tamara Tellis
Concerning Michel Martelly, Mr. President,
I read an article earlier written Tamara Tellis on February 18 for the Anniston Star which exposed the greatest tradegy of our nation.
In the article, the writer esplained how violence against women was an alarming issue in Haiti, and that the Kay Famn organization had estimated that the 72% of Haitian girls have been raped.
In the crying shame of this report, the world is learning that rape was not considered a crime in Haiti until 2005 and that 40% of Haitian are being physically abused.
In the name of God, can you please get together with the Kay Famn organization in Haiti to give them support, and talk about this serious degrading aspect of our society.
May God bless Haiti
