In fact, I doubt and question your motivations.

You create more troubles by suggesting dishonest conclusions.

All the data (evidences) that you presented say that there were frauds in the locality of OUANAMINTHE that benefit (10) JOAZARD CLAUDE, INITE.

I think it is vicious from you to generalize from one sample data.

Your conclusions betrayed your true intentions and they show that you are being deliberately dishonest.
