Where do you guys find those numbers 37%...40 %.You play too much with stuff you don't know. I trully believe that you guys know better.Come with such a % is really not fair to judge your comment.

One said that he/she was in Dominican Rep and somebody told him/her that more dominican speak french than Haitians.

I don't really speak good english but I can undersdand you.The way you write tells me that you can thik also...so think please!
