Centered on Francois Turnier, He Lives in Stamford, CT and drives a limo. In my opinion, Francois Turnier is not qualify to be president of Haiti.

Please note my comment has nothing to do with the guy being a limo driver.

In fact, I don't even know anything about his education but I have heard him speak, he's just not qualify.
