I know that in a previous speech, he admonished the people to accept the decision of the Provisional Electoral council, but this time, I sense an undertone of disatisfation on his part that may be interpreted otherwise.

Let us hope he re-state anew his acceptance of the council decision.

The CEP is illegitimate and should be disbanded as the "gang" they are. The people should stay away from the polls in November if Clef not on ballot.
