Focusing on Raymond Joseph, we need someone who can represent the contry no matter where he may be and whom ever he face, Mr.Ray is the right one for that job he is wellknown as leader, as apatriot as atrue Haitian bro. Let s be real in crisis like that we cannot put anybody in charge that's not a game.
