wyclef did what?

He is a user. He wanted to run his business he pretends he's helping.

He's got the money to help the people of Haiti, but in the same way he makes his fortune.

I am sorry.

I repect his entrepreneurship.

But still he is not qualified for President of haiti.

maybe a Mayor.Any way I know Wyclef He has his resident status in the States.

He cannot be admitted to run for president in haiti.

No body has two residence status.

You need to agree on that if you/CEP know a little bit of law.
