Haiti Interim President Jocelerme Privert

In a public announcement after the "Conseil des Ministres" which he presided, Privert said the upcoming elections is really important for Haiti because it will allow the country to return in its democratic state.

Without the 09 October elections, Privert said, the country could wake up with NO elected president, a dysfunctional parliament with only 14 Senators, and a dysfunctional judicial power with only 2 legitimate supreme judges.

"We will do everything in our powers to find the election money," he said.

"The government has NO candidate of its own, we will not give any favors to any candidate. All high ranking government officials are asked to remain neutral."

"The elecitons will be 'Libre, Honnete, et Democratique," Privert said, "May the best candidate win!"

Sure, Haiti should add 5 cents on every stamp, 10 cents on every call made to Haiti, 50 cents on every transfer made to Haiti.

Haiti needs an office for election funds.

If there is no elections by October 2016, that means the people of Haiti are satistied with Privert and want him to stay for five more years.
