If President Jovenel is overthrown, same thing will happen as Aristide's Coup d'Etat, Colonel Rebu said

Former Haitian army colonel Himmler Rebu says he does not wish to see president Jovenel Moise overthrown because there is no plan in place for life after Jovenel.

"When president Aristide was about to be overthrown it was evident," the colonel said, "but there was no contingency plan to maintain law and order after the coup."

"It wasn't until we all started to get kicked in the behind by foreign powers (the blan), Lavalas, Macout, everybody, that we realized we were supposed to have a plan and we didn't."

"The same thing is about to happen with a premature departure of president Jovenel," Rebu said.
