Senator Sorel Jacinthe purchased 1,000 small bags of rice from him at 250 gourdes per bag and he never paid me for it, it's been 9 months," Senator Jakito said

"Every time I ask Senator Jacinthe for the money he opens his big eyes on me... He has no character but he is a big politician," Senator Jacques Sauveur Jean said.

"But he (Jacinthe) is a political entrepreneur, that's what he does for a living. Sorel Jacinthe has been in Haitian politics the for last 35 years," Senator Jakito said.
