Can you believe this? The Haiti Electoral Council (CEP) web site CRASHED almost immediately after they said in their press conference that elections results are available online... The Haitian Media is FURIOUS...

As of the publishing of this article, over one hour has gone by and all that is available is a DEAD CEP web site...

Even the National Radio and Television station (RTNH) is complaining that they are still unable to get the Elections results list... Apparently it seems NO ONE has the list...
